Risk Disclosure

TRADING IS RISKY

Options trading, futures trading, and active speculation in financial markets carry a high degree of risk. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged instruments such as 0DTE options can expire worthless and result in a total loss of the premium paid.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All content provided through Daat Money — including but not limited to the AI coaching bot, Discord messages, morning briefs, trade ideas, watchlists, backtests, leaderboards, and educational lessons — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Past performance shared within this community, whether by members, the bot, or administrators, is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any member will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, account management, position sizing, and risk tolerance. Before trading, you should consult a licensed financial advisor, broker, or other qualified professional. Daat Money LLC, its operators, administrators, and affiliates accept no liability for any financial losses you incur.

JURISDICTION NOTICE

Daat Money LLC is a US entity. Members accessing this platform from Israel, the European Union, or other jurisdictions do so of their own accord and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to Israeli Securities Law and EU MiFID II regulations. This platform does not constitute a licensed investment service in any jurisdiction.

Section 02

Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Daat Money services, including daat.money, dashboard.daat.money, the Discord community server, and the Daat Money AI coaching bot (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, or by accepting these Terms when prompted on the dashboard, you agree to be bound by them.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Residents of jurisdictions where participation in trading education communities is restricted are not permitted to use the Platform.

3. EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

All content on the Platform is educational in nature. Daat Money LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Platform should be relied upon as professional financial advice. See the Risk Disclosure above.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: share, redistribute, or resell any Platform content without written permission; use the Platform to manipulate markets or coordinate trading activity in violation of applicable law; harass, threaten, or abuse other members; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the AI bot or Platform systems; or provide false information about your trading account or performance.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Paid membership tiers are processed through third-party payment providers. Daat Money LLC does not store payment card information. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Daat Money LLC.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daat Money LLC, its members, managers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total liability of Daat Money LLC to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Daat Money LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daat Money LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, including AI-generated outputs, lesson materials, indicators, and branding, is the property of Daat Money LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute it without express written permission.

9. TERMINATION

Daat Money LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You acknowledge that Israeli law and applicable EU regulations may also apply to you depending on your jurisdiction of residence. Any dispute shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association before any court action may be initiated.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Daat Money LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members will be required to re-accept these Terms on the dashboard upon material updates.

Section 03

Privacy Policy

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

Account and identity. When you sign in through Whop, we receive and store your Whop user ID and display name to identify your account. Whop also returns your email address during sign-in; we do not store it. If you use our Discord community, we store your Discord display name and user ID for community management and Terms acceptance records.

Trading and coaching data. We store what you enter into the platform, which may include trade journal entries and notes, profit and loss records, account balances and peak equity, broker names, daily preparation checklists, trade debriefs, personal trading rules, lesson and exam progress, and mentor relationships. This data is what makes the coaching work.

Linked brokerage data. If you choose to connect a brokerage through our aggregation partner SnapTrade, we receive read-only access to your account balances, positions, holdings, and transaction history in order to import your trades and calculate position sizing. This access is read-only: we cannot place, modify, or cancel trades, and we cannot move funds. You may disconnect a linked brokerage at any time.

Technical data. As with most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, and timestamps when you use the platform.

We do not collect passwords, brokerage account numbers, brokerage login credentials, Social Security or national ID numbers, or payment card data.

2. ANALYTICS AND SESSION RECORDING

We use PostHog, a third-party product analytics service, to understand how members use the dashboard so we can improve it. PostHog records usage events such as which tabs you open and which features you use, together with the technical data described above.

PostHog also captures session replays, which reconstruct how a page was navigated. We deliberately mask your financial figures from these recordings. Text within the Portfolio, Journal, and P&L areas of the dashboard, including account balances, profit and loss amounts, and trade notes, is blocked in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored by PostHog.

If you prefer not to be included, most browser privacy extensions and tracker blockers will block PostHog automatically, and the platform continues to work normally. You may also email us to be excluded.

3. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, which is strictly necessary for the platform to function. Our analytics provider sets a first-party cookie to recognize return visits. We also use your browser's local storage to cache dashboard data for faster loading. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising or retargeting on this platform.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PAYMENTS

Subscription payments are processed by Whop, a third-party provider. Daat Money LLC does not receive, store, or have access to your payment card information.

We rely on the following service providers to operate the platform. Each processes only what is needed for its function: Whop (sign-in, membership, and billing), SnapTrade (read-only brokerage connections, if you choose to link one), Anthropic (the AI models behind coaching responses), PostHog (product analytics and session replay), Discord (community server, if you join it), Microsoft (secure storage of Terms acceptance records), and Railway (application hosting). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To deliver personalized AI coaching responses; to maintain community leaderboards and performance tracking (with your consent); and to maintain records of ToS acceptance for legal compliance. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Your data is retained for as long as your membership is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@daat.money from the address associated with your membership. We will action the request within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we are required to retain for legal or compliance purposes, such as Terms acceptance logs and billing records held by our payment provider, may be kept after deletion of the rest of your data. Disconnecting a linked brokerage stops any further data being received from it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing of your data; data portability (EU/EEA residents under GDPR); and rights under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

8. SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Daat Money LLC operates from the United States. If you access the Platform from Israel, the EU, or other jurisdictions, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
